The lee apt. is an old building ans has character. But that is all it has going for it. Since it is right in the center of town,next to the hopsital and behind Lowes Plaza,it is LOUD. Twice a week dump trucks come at 4:30 in the morning for Lowes and you can hear everybit of it. You can also hear your neighbors come home, slamming doors, ect. Plus if your neibors next to you, above or below you has a barking dog, your guarenteed to hear it.
Utilites are included but i can see why now. The ac window unit hardly ever cools and the old furnace makes loud clanky noises all the time, plus you can't control the heat on that. So if you like noise, like to burn or freeze to death and like to pay too much, than this is the aparment for you.
