I lived in the Lee, a couple of years back; remembered a friend lived there years ago and wanted to enjoy the same space. Little did I know that living there and visiting there were two completely different things! I had neighbors that were noisy musicians--requested help from apt. management several times regarding the noise and they did nothing to help the situation. Other neighbors got into a violent fight while I lived there. It was a terribly loud place to be. Don't sign a lease here if you enjoy peace and quiet. Maintenance services were excellent. Post management consisted of RUDE and unhelpful people. It's a great building, "charming" if you will; but the buck stops there. Nice place to visit, but you wouldn't want to live there. Parking lot is marginal; general area is unsafe. My car windows were busted out while parked out front on the street (a well-lit one). The car stunk as if someone had broken in and stayed the evening in my vehicle! UG.
