Living at the Lee is a nightmare. The management is both incompetent and dishonest. Exactly zero of my phone calls were returned, and very few of the maintenance issues I reported (a surprisingly high number) were ever fixed. After dealing with more problems than I could stand, I moved out. The management did not refund my deposit because they claimed there were windows broken which was absolutely not true. They then demanded that I had to somehow prove the windows were not broken in order to get a deposit. Only live at the Lee (or any of Brookside Properties' location) if you have plenty of time to devote to straightening things out with the management.
