Although the apartments have charm and are in a good location, it's almost impossible to enjoy your home. You have no privacy. Management enters apartments on an ongoing basis for one reason or another, when they tell you. They have more inspections than they have apartments. They also enter without prior notice (illegal).

You have no control over the heat. Management controls when the radiators come on. And then when they do, it's so hot you have to run the air-conditioner just to breathe. I bought space heaters for when they wouldn't come on. Couple of times they didn't come on for two days.

Then try to leave, managment is unavailable for a final walk-through and I have yet to hear of anyone getting their deposit back. (illegal) Worse than that, they come up with things to charge you for and then you owe them money.

Overall, RUN the other way from any property managed by this company. The management is the worst I've ever encountered. Don't believe anything they say. Get it in writing. They lie and cheat and complaining will get you nowhere. Keep looking. Living at the Lee will drain your energy.
