Yes, the charm is wonderful...the location is the best in town....but I am still ranking this the lowest I can! The air units are loud, the heat is too hot and dries out your skin. The sink and bathtub have been painted (which peels by the way) to cover up grime. It is so loud - near all the hospitals. The management takes forever to fix anything and they fail to inform you of your tenant rights.
Let's put it this way...a few weeks ago I paid the gigantic fee to terminate my lease 3 months early...that's how ready I am to move. Only 4 more days left in this place!
Make SURE management gives you a copy of your lease - it took them about 6 months to get mine to me. I take that back - don't even rent from these people - worst management company in town.
