I lived here while I was in undergrad and loved that I could walk to class from home, but that was about all I liked about this place.
It was sooooo loud, not really from neighbors but every sound from the hallway and outside came right in.
Parking was also bad. You get a parking permit, but that doesnt mean you'll always get a spot and people block you in by parking in the middle of the lot, not in a spot.
Window unit AC does not cool the whole apartment and freezes over if on high for more than a few hours (every night). Maintenance refused to put in higher power AC. The radiator heat was also not so great. You can turn them off though, so it doesnt get too hot, but they are soo loud and if yours cannot be closed off, it gets ridiculously hot.
The management staff is really hard to work with. I didnt get my deposit back until 8 months after I moved out (supposed to take 4 weeks).
It was nice to not have to pay anything beyond your rent $, everything is included.
