Great location near a lot of downtown and midtown businesses, cool apart. layouts, people (living and working there) are friendly. All utilities are paid which I think is great.

Many old building related issues, like lead (sometimes peeling) paint, water leaks, and bad temperature regulation (no thermostat to change apartment temp.) Property managers and staff changes so much that it was sometimes hard to get repairs done (such as a new maintenance pager no. every other week), and it was hard to know who is who. Friendly, but not always efficient.
