I have not moved into The Lee yet, but I signed my lease a few days ago and then stumbled across some of the bad reviews on this site. Needless to say, I was panicked at first and was afraid I had just made a huge mistake.

I cut and pasted some of the negative reviews into an email and sent it to the staff, asking for someone to address my concerns.

Now mind you, I have already signed a lease with these people and they could have very easily just brushed of my concerns (I signed a contract, so they could have just said - "We already have your signature, deal with it."). But Susan Garrett, one of the managers in the office, took the time to personally respond to each and every one of my concerns. She was so thoughtful, and genuinely seemed concerned about every issue I had. She went over everything, from pest control to the bathtub paint that one reviewer commented on. She even offered to personally walk through my apartment before I moved in to make sure that everything is okay. I feel 100% confident that I am going to enjoy living at the Lee. I can't comment on anything else, because I don't move in until July, but for everyone else who is considering it - I would reccommend that you check out the place and the people who manage it for yourselves before you make any snap judgements. I'll keep you posted on how things go!
