Since moving into my apartment a year ago, I can't think of one single thing to say that is positive about Legacy Hill. Where do I begin' The floor in the living room floods whenever it rains because the insulation is so old around the patio door, the counter top in the kitchen is so old that the dishwasher falls out on the floor every once & awhile because the particle board is rotten. The faucet in the kitchen is so old that it is nearly an act of God to turn it on & off, not to mention the garbage disposal is stopped up at least once a month.
The linoleum in both bathrooms & the kitchen is completely loose and curled up around the edges & in some rooms the carpet doesn't touch the wall. The kids that live in our building have done at least $500 worth of damage to my car from putting gum on the paint to throwing rocks & tennis balls at me - while I am driving with my 3 year old son in the backseat. And last but certainly not least the ANTS. My apartment is infested with ants. They are in my kitchen, they get inside all of the food that is not in the fridge, I have to keep the peanut butter, bread and chips in the fridge. They are in my bedroom, on my nightstand, computer desk & bed. They are in my bathroom, in the shower! They are in my son's room. It is absolutely disgusting and I cannot stand to be in my apartment. I am in the process of trying to break my lease.
