This is the trashiest complex to be in such an exclusive area of Nashville. Kids run amok causing so many problems, wasps and spiders infest the place, I can even hear my neighbors having sex because that is how thin the walls are. The staff is never the same. you may call one person to put in a complaint but next time you call to follow up that person is no longer there. I have mold growing everywhere and when I clean it, it seems to come back full force. the master baedrooms literally has the sink and counter space for the master bathroom in it. (Think Motel 6) My dishwasher is old, the counters are cheap as well as the flooring, trash lays in the parking lot as well as old furniture. There is never enough parking! All in all it is like living in the worst projects in nashville.
