The other reviews I've read seem emotionally charged. I have lived in Legacy Hill for 1.5 yers because you can't beat the price in a safe neighborhood. The downside is that the complex is 27 years old and fraught with near-constant maintenance needs. Additionally, noise from surrounding apartments DOES carry through: not a problem if you're a student looking for cheap housing, but definitely a problem for workin adults who need to get up early.
The staff is friendly and polite, but not always very responsive. Unless the money savings is absolutely needed, I would caution against looking at this complex for anything other than very temporary housing.
