I have lived in apartments for most of my life. I have never experienced as many problems as I have here at Legacy Hills! There are far too many to address here, but I will tell you these few things. The parking lot and surrounding grounds are always littered with trash, old furniture, and huge piles of dog feces. The air conditioner, plumbing, and dishwasher DON'T WORK. You will receive no response from the office. Bratty, loud, destructive children vandalize the complex and make almost more noise then the booming systems that surround my apartment. Please, don't subject yourself to this constant torture.
