I've been here in the dungeon for 3 years now...only because I don't wanna go through the hassel of moving, and it is cheep. This place is horrible. Old appliance, moldy, pathetic A/C unit, can't ever get the pool open at a decient time, noise is ridiculous. Sounds like a herd of elephants moving about on the floors above me. Conversations are also well heard from beside and above. They're constnatly raising the rent for their more permanent residents. And to top it all off....my apartment was infested with BROWN RECLOUSE SPIDERS. Yeah...arachnaphobia and worse. Jokers dropping down from the ceiling, in the shower, found one in my BED, and was actually bitten by one. There were about 30 dead RECLOUSE SPIDERS in my overhead ligh covers. It took me capturing one to prove to the staff and pest control that these really were BROWN RECLOUSE. Once they realized there was a problem, I still had to wait till "tuesday" to get someone to come out and spray. Yes...6 long days of barely sleeping, scared to death. They sprayed constantly, but they never stopped comming. DONT MOVE IN NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF DEAL THEY OFFER. ITS JUST NOT WORTH IT!

About the Recluse...Welcome to TN. You'd have 'em in your home if you owned one. They are hard to get rid of.
