The worst place ever

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
The staff is arrogant and non-cooperative. The apartments are really old, creaky floor, and sound just bleeds through across floors. The pool or the fitness room or the tennis court have never been maintained. The maintenance is bad, there are lots of bugs, roaches, spiders, and if you report they want to blame you for everything.
