maintenance and management can deal with basic issues, however, this is an old complex and associated problems.

thin walls and floors, poor ventilation, old vinyl flooring, old A/C unit-poor cooling and high electric bills.

some of my friends quite happy but my building quite a nuisance, nosy neighbors (music) and I have a constant smell of smoke in my kitchen from the vent-work above the stove.

management just said "well it's an old complex".

they never fixed the problem.

I'm just waiting for my lease to expire and move out.
