Any apartment complex will have it's problems, but I just moved into one of the newly renovated apartments here at Legacy Hill. It's great. I have new carpet, all new appliances, new doors, new bath tubs, new countertops. It's very nice. It's as nice as the Groves or Lakes but for less money. I like it very much. I can't say anything about the maintenance because I haven't had to contact them yet.
