They do not change the carpet as they are supposed to according to the tenant landlord act-after an apartment has been lived in for over a year they are SUPPOSED to do that (good info to know). Little stains started popping up that I know I didnt make-like red marker... Makes you wonder what kind of freakin chemicals they use on these carpets before people move in to make it LOOK ok. It cant be healthy. Independent water bill from some bogus company in california-not metro water-and the bills are always outrageous. Spoke to someone at metro water about it and she says its a SCAM. Also, a bug problem will creep up on you even if you try your damndest to beat them back and keep stuff decent-talking about roaches and spiders. Mold allergies' Stay away or you WILL get sick. Their management company is just crooked- when you try to move out they will try and stick you for something-I had to hire an attorney for some kind of bull*** claim they tried to make about my lease-which I won of course.
This is when I also found out about carpet changing law. You'd think because its Bellevue that is ought to be nice-well its not. Oh yes, and there is not adequate sound insulation.
