BEWARE - Mold Mold Mold - PARADISE!!!!

This is the apartment from HELL! The renovation is a cover up!!! Once you move
in, you will start seeing the problems...
a. Thin walls
b. Ants everywhere
c. smelly carpets
d. Shower rods keep falling off -
very poor quality...
e. Door narrow - problem fitting a GE dryer through the bathroom door where the D/W closet is...
f. Except your water to shutoff without notice... Told office.. reply we will not notify you if the work will not last more that an hour..
g. The office is NEVER open. They take more breaks that Bush. It is like playing russian roulette when you call the office... Don't bother calling -- they just won't pick up the phone.
h. Animal feces everywhere!!! When I look out of my bedroom window (ground floor)... What a view... DOG C.R.A.P.S.H.I.T!!!
i. For about a week... we had a problem with power outage... The meter breaker was old and with a little load like turning on the heat - poof - no electricity... We had to keep going outside to reset it. Sometimes up to 15 times a day.
We called the Nashville Electricity Service, they said the landlord had to fix it... We contacted the landlord they shifted the blamed to NES... Anyway it took Legacy Hill over a week to get an electrician to fix it....
j. There is MOLD everywhere in my apartment!!!
1. In the hall closet where the air/heating conditioning unit is...
2. Molds on my bedroom walls...
3. Mold on the double doors in the living room...
4. Rotten windows sills - Wet and moldy. The windows are not air tight and there is a draft...
I have been complaining since september 2005 when I moved in...
I have had enough... This has put my family's health in danger... I am giving notice ASAP and plan to move by end of December...
I will see them in court, if necessary!!!
Word of Advise... AVOID THE HEADACHE... DO NOT RENT FROM LEGACY HILL!
