Legacy Hill

Very happy here. From: Phases Date posted: 4/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We moved in one month ago today and it has been great so far. The staff is very friendly and every work request I've put in has been taken care of quickly (next day) and professionally. The apartments are awesome. The entire place is new, besides the buildings themselves. New carpet, paint, crown molding, everything in the bathrooms and kitchen, including appliances. The kitchen alone was worth the move. The parking alone was worth the move (Our last place's parking was a nightmare, here I'm right out front my apartment no matter when I come home). The maintenance staff alone was worth the move. We looked at five other complexes before choosing this one and we definitely feel like we made the right choice. The only negative I can think of is the building itself. Anytime the people above us move around we certainly hear about it. Also, when we moved in we were warned by neighbors to not say anything you didn't want anyone else to hear while in your bathrooms - and we've found that to be true. So, the walls are paper thin and the floors creak. But that's the case with most all apartment complexes. The last two we stayed in and the other five we looked at all creaked, nothing can be done about that short of finding a newly built complex and paying out the wahzoo to live there. Plus - at least in my building - everyone is aware of this I think so no one really makes any more noise than they have to. It's quiet most all the time. The staff clearly did everything they could to make these apartments the best around here and did a great job. So far we're really happy and for the first time I don't find myself rushed to find a house. I will try to post an update at 6 months. p.s. I noticed on here someone was complaining about wasps and spiders' Before moving here please be aware it IS located in Nashville, Tennessee. p.p.s. And the mail center has an outgoing mail slot! I don't know if that's a big deal but we've never had that before so for us - big bonus!
