I have lived at Legacy Hill for over 5 years. I do not live in one of the updated apartments, I've seen one and they are very nice. I really don't have any complaints, I'm rarely home. When I do need maintenance they are very fast to respond. The price is resonable and the location is great. I work at Vanderbilt. This is the closest apartment to my work for a reasonable rate.
