I moved into Legacy Hill just over a week ago and have been impressed with the excellent customer service, the apartment is everything they promised and the maintenance staff has been able to take care of some very minor details quickly.
This is an older property that has had extensive renovation on the interior. My unit has all new appliances, cabinets, fixtures, doors, paint and carpet.
Just two small issues, first being the creaky floors. Second, if you own a washer or dryer be sure you measure before you move. My unit only had 27 inches of clearance in the doorway to the laundry closet which made moving in a washer and dryer pretty tight but not impossible.
This property is certainly worth a look see! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

After a while, write another review. I'll bet money that you change your mind. The "new appliances, cabinets, fixtures, doors, paint and carpet" won't be that impressive to you after you've been unable to sleep due to the neighbor's snores at night. Or maybe after your child is continuously bitten by bugs including poisonous spiders. Or maybe after the apartment staff ignores your repair requests for over 4 months. Or maybe you'll get tired of paying a minimum of $90 each month for water/sewer. Outward appearances aren't everything. Good luck.

Dear Anonymous 2-6-09,
Per your request I am writing another review after living at Legacy Hill for nearly 4 months. My impression is still the same as the first day I moved in. Repairs have been fixed the same day I made the request and I even had a minor plumbing issue with the kitchen sink which was taken care of within an hour. My neighbors are pleasant, and other than the creaky floors mentioned in my previous review I have no noise issues. As for the spiders, I have not encountered any, but I am told that spidersare very prevalent in Tennessee and no matter where you live you have to guard against them by spraying, which I believe the management has said they will do if requested. I appreciate the upon request spraying since many have allergic reactions to sprays or pets that may suffer from spraying. My water bill ranges between $30-$40 and that is comparable to other apartment complexes in the area. Yes, apartment living comes with its challenges but so far so good for me at Legacy Hill. Best of luck in your search for the perfect home for you and your little one.

So does this complex send you a seperate water/trash bill each month or is it part of the monthly rent? That sounds strange to me. Would you please let us know what the $30-40 that you mention is based on? What apt model you live in and the # of occupants? Thanks!
