I've lived here since May of 2008. the water bills and sewage bills are VERY high! You do not pay for YOUR usage but it's the entire complex divided by the apartments.When I complained about this I was told that the bill would reduce once the summer was over and you weren't paying for pool water etc. the bill has only decreased no more than $1.00 and this months (January) bill was actually HIGHER and like it was in the summer. The walls of the units are very thin and noisy. I also had mold issues the first month I moved in - although the mamagement office addressed the problem, I was told it was no big deal and I couldn't have the amount I complained about - although it was enough to make my son very ill as well as myself. Also, when they renovate the apartment there are nails/lrg staples left in parking lot - I have had three flat tires. Also, I have a standard washer/dryer and the dryer does not fit correctly and I had to remove the door.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT WE EXPERIENCED! Furthermore, we had HORRIBLE bug problems. There are Brown Recluses all over the back (wooded) apartments.

So I'm a little confused then...does the renter receive an actual monthly bill for the water/sewer/trash? Please give dollar amounts as well as how many occupy your apartment and which model you are in. I'm currently looking at moving and it's very hard to look at these reviews and base anything on them when this info is missing. Thanks!
