Lincoya Bay

I was very unhappy with this complex. Their staff was rude, less than helpful, never in the office when you needed them and took days to respond back to even multiple phone calls. The maintenance team was lazy, slow, and rude. It took multiple trips over the course of a month to repair a tiny problem that ended up growing into a very large problem due to their slacking. The neighbors were rude, inconsiderate and left complaints and lies to me, and the staff. They were also very loud, especially at night when they chose to vacuum, and what sounded at times like run upstairs. There were never any parking spaces available. There were supposed to be two spots per apartment. Even coming home at two oclock on a weekday, I would have to park in a different areas because there were cars there all the time, especially ones that belonged to those that didn't live there. I would recommend this place, yes... to those that I dislike.
