Don't do it. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else. Vehicle burglaries and prowlers are common, no security guard on site. I'm a grown man and look over my shoulder every time I go outside.
Getting something fixed takes forEVER. The people at the office will be nice and return your calls until you sign a lease. Then you're on your own. I lucked out and didn't end up with bum neighbors. Parking is fine. Good luck apartment shopping. Move along.
