Good apartment -- I would recommend it

My wife and I have lived in Lincoya Bay since we were married in 2003. We are living here until we purchase a home, and we are pleased with it.

We feel safe living here. And, for the price, it's very nice.

There is always parking. I have never had to look for a space.

The maintenance staff always fixes problems promptly.
