I have lived at Lincoya Bay throughout my year lease. I can say that I could walk about the apt. complex with my dog and feel completely safe. The other tennants are nice, say hello and such. I never had issues with the noise. It is pretty quiet at night. Parking was great, always open spots.. naturally you wouldn't get your "regular" space if you come home during rush hour. The only complaints I have about this apartment are the buildings and the office staff. The buildings are poorly insulated. We have an 850 sq. ft. one bedroom and our avg. electric bill has been $135.00!!!! They only do enough to get by when it comes to the facilities... they are in need of some serious renovation! The office staff is hard to get ahold of. If you ever need anything, DO NOT CALL.. go up the office! Chances are, you will see a "be right back @ this time" sign, but you have a better chance of talking to someone! Other than the poor upkeep of the apartments & the neglegant office staff, it is a great community. People are super nice and friendly. Remember this--you get what you pay for and Lincoya Bay is great for the money!
