Definitely would *NOT* recommended this apartment to my most hated enemies. I am currently a tenant here and have 2 other roommates in the townhouse with me.

All three of us work at different jobs but have all contracted the same skin disease. The apartment complex has ignored that there is an issue for 5 months now (even with multiple phone calls per week!)

We have been told over and over again that there is nothing that can be done about this issue and that we'll just have to finish out our lease. In order to move into a new apartment (same property, just better health wise would be nice!), we'd have to renew the lease for another year.

Management has been very rude about the situation. It took them 2 1/2 weeks to call back regarding taking an air sample for mold testing. Maintenance took forever to get here (3 weeks), and when they tested, they walked in and said, "Looks fine." That was their test.

So, unless you want to itch and break out into hives every time you come "home", I wouldn't move into these apartments.
