RUN AWAY FROM LINCOYA BAY!

These townhouses are full of mold! We had multiple leaks, and we have not been able to use our master bath for SIX MONTHS!!! We are in our 8th month, and we can't WAIT to get out! The management acted like it was nothing that we could SEE mold in the master bath wall. They have yet to let us know if they have tested, and when we told them, they said, "Oh, there is probably nothing there." Ummm OK, but the problem is, I'm pregnant, and I SOOOO don't need to be around toxic mold!!! We have had water leaks in three different spots of the unit, and none of them have been patched correctly.
If you are looking at Lincoya Bay Apts, for your health, please do NOT choose to live here. I DO NOT recommend this property... at ALL.
And dont' bother trying to contact the office staff.. they are NEVER there.. there is always a sign on the door saying they will be back in a couple hours.. WHERE ARE THEY GOING??? Give me a break!

I'll add to this. Mid - late November of 06 -> 5 shots fired @ 5:30AM in neighboring complex. February 4 of 07 -> 2 Shots fired in Lincoya Bay @ 11:10PM after a verbal confrontation on the northern end of the complex. |
