I completely agree. I have lived in the complex for 3 years and have been bitterly disappointed the entire time. But hey it is cheap. There are break ins and vandalism rampant due mainly to the rampant urban and illegal immigrant and trash culture that prevails in this complex. The management is completely subpar and are argumentative, assuming you can catch in between smoke breaks. Maintenace is by far the most laughable part of the whole property. It took 5 visits and 3 weeks to fix an icemaker...AN ICEMAKER; and it took 15 phone calls and 6 months for them to replace the laundry vent cover. The security guard at the townhouses behind it is also a dope dealer and. If you live in the M N O or P buildings forget reasonable parking because of all of the non resident teens that park in the area to sneak through the woods to drink at the lake and come steal and vandalize on their way out. Cunat is the newest ineffective management company to "serve" us with there ignore, stall and push aside tactics. If you want a clean and responsive place to live in the area, go next door to the Trails or Mission.
