A guy tried to keep his car from getting stolen from right in front of his apartment here, and was cut and beat when he tried to stop them, the people got away 6/30/09. This is not a place to raise your family!!!

You have lived in a place for 4 years which you thought was horrible. But yet year after year you continued to renew a lease. Crime happens in all part of the city. I moved in several months ago and found the leasing agent, Jane to be very friendly and helpful. She was very down to earth and understood what I was looking for in apartment. I'll ammit there were a few things wrong with the apartment, but she handled everything very well. It is so easy to blame some one else for all your problems, And most people are hapyy until they dont pay there rent and get late notices on ther door. I could have rented anywhere but I chose Lincoya Bay because of size and price. It not new but it works just fine for me and my dog and son. I really like leaving here.
