Where should I start! I've lived here for six years and could tell you some things about this place! The first 4 years were great, then they were sold and new owners took over. Then it all began. Let's see, my van has been broke into FOUR times! One time I caught someone sleeping in it! Other times the window was broken out and things stolen from it.
The upstairs bathroom flooded into my dining room and the entire dining room ceiling caved in! It took them over a month to fix it and only because I called and complained! There's nothing like looking up and there's no ceiling.
Maintance sucks! If you want anything fixed you'd be better off to fix it yourself, cause they won't send anyone to fix it. It took them over a month just to fix the numbers on my door.
There's been several shootings here. I feel like I'm living in the projects. No wait, in fact, the projects probabley would be safer!
If you want to feel safe and want a place that listens to you, then don't move here. I'd live in a box before ever renewing my lease with them!
