Kids scream under your windows in the townhouse areas and refuse to play in the playground area, or surrounding field where they would not disturb anyone, and this goes on from 3:15 p.m. until dark, five days a week, and from approx. noon to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and heaven forbid you get to rest on Sunday - no, same thing! They even come from the apartments down to the townhouse areas - sometimes 20 or 30 at a time. No peace, no quiet. No adult supervision whatsoever, and many are left home alone, and they mouth you off if you tell them to be quiet. Management ignores the problem. Looking for another place to live right now. Becoming a very trashy complex, by its choice of tenants. They throw trash everywhere, including Corona bottles, nasty diapers, etc. Dont let the "gated community" fool you. It's far from safe or nice. It once was a nice place, but that was a long time ago, back when the majority of residents went to work for a living like I do, which is no longer the case. So if you want to live in a project-like environment, then come to Longwood Terrace. If you want peace and quiet, don?t move here, and by all means, avoid the townhouses!
