I lived at longwood for a year while I was interning at a local business. I had a great time there, I got along with most of my neighbors, maintence staff and especially the office staff. If I ever needed something fixed in my apartment, it was taken care of within 48 hours. I have only one complaint and that is that certain families didn't watch their kids closely. They would run around everywhere. I complained to the office staff and the manager took care of it each time. Of all the apartments that I have lived in, I have not come across a more reliable or efficient office manager than the one at Longwood Terrace. I would recommend this complex to all my friends and anyone that is looking for a place to live.
