Well, I have known the management for many years and lived off and on at Longwood off and on for years. I recently move away and have to say that leaving the people there was the hardest thing I have ever done. When I left, I left a large part of who I was behind and will never be that person again. I miss particularly the manager the most of all. She is one of the kindest people that you will ever meet and will for as long as I live never be far from my thoughts.

This was obviously written by someone in the office or management staff. There is absolutely nothing positive about Arbors of Southern Hills formerly Longwood Terrace. It is a dump, has been a dump for years, with each management company it gets worse, the current owner has run it to the ground, its in foreclosure at the moment, management responds to nothing, drunken Mexican tenants roam the complex at night, unsupervised bunches of kids roam the property terrorizing stray animals and tormenting residents. You will never get maintenance to fix anything, and management will not deal with any problems. For your sanity don't rent here

I am not an employee or ever have been. I do not work for the office and have never worked for the company. Get your facts straight. I had a good experience with the management and the apartment. When you move into a 30 year old property and expect it to look like new you are an idiot, hence buddystein. Buddy you are a raciest and I feel sorry for you.
