Lived there a few years ago. The apartment next to us developed a hole in the bathroom due to dry rot. The floor in our apartment was springy and likely dry rotting. Great bills in the summer, but rather expensive to keep the heat up to a decent level.

Parking was fine in our area and appeared to be fine in most areas. Other than the honky tonk hero who practiced after midnight on weekends, the noise was fine.

Hot tub is a nice ammenity. I liked the stream behind our apartment. No problems with the office staff personally.

There are other apartments in the area willing to deal with you on rates, with new apartments across the street. Perhaps they are a better deal today.
