Some of these postings will make you believe that Ridgelake is a hell-hole. It's not. It's not the best place, but it isn't the worst. The only thing that needs dire attention is the energy efficiency. My electric bills (NES) are high...at least in the winter. I believe they are working on this issue...you ask them to be sure. We I live, I don't have any problems with noise or "questionable" public dealings, in fact it is pretty quiet. The workout facility was just upgraded and I rate it a 7 out of 10-it needs a TV or radio. If they put some money into the interior of the complex, it would be a very nice place. Perhaps this is on the Madison agenda...they just took over the place. The fireplace is nice, too. Go check it out to see what YOU think. Don't sign a lease on the first place you visit.
