I have recently ( and THANKFULLY ) moved out of this hell hole. Where to begin ' Office Staff turns over every month or so...ENORMOUS electric bills ( less than $100 monthly had me LEAPING for joy ..seriously..and I lived in a 699 square foot unit )...dishwasher had problems with the water line , to which management's solution was to turn off the water in my kitchen and NOT replace the appliance)..ummm..oh yes..they TOWED MY CAR...for " expired tags "...( read : personal vendetta against me...to the staff reading this who won't know what " vendetta " means...LOOK IT UP )..meanwhile a clearly abandoned vehicle sat outside my section of the complex for MONTHS , while my late model Acura was carted off to a towing company with whom I am sure Ridgelake split the profit . Upon moving out they present you with an itemized list of charges you will incur if the unit is not cleaned appropriately...this is laughable , as when I moved in two awful years ago, my apartment was so dirty it was uninhabitable: They cleaned it TWO DAYS later..I have spoken with newly fooled residents who, unfortunately, have reported the same types of issues. You's do better in Section 8 housing , with similar residents and a lesser price. GO ELSEWHERE....PLEASE!!! I should have LONG AGO. Also...disregard all of the positive reviews..it is the management staff using the internet instead of attending to the property.
