I have no major complaints about Madison. Both the paint and maintenance issues we had the first week were taken care of immediately and we have not had any problems with either since. I live in a townhome and yes I have had a few roaches but I also live right along a wooded area so I knew I'd be lucky if I never saw any at all. I called the office to have someone spray for the bugs and someone came out the next day. Since then I haven't had any more bug problems! The only complaints I do have is that the bathrooms are in dire need of updating and despite what they tell you they DO NOT change the carpets! I can definitely tell the previous renters were pet owners! Also, parking isn't an issue for me because I have a carport but I have noticed that there are almost always cars parked along the curbs due to a lack of spots for certain apartment buildings.

Besides these issues I like living at Madison overall. The staff and maintenance workers are friendly and efficient and I am really surprised at how quiet it is here. But again I live in a townhome so maybe that makes a big difference in the noise factor when compared to the apartments. Overall though I would recommend it.
