I have had no major problems with Madison at Ridgelake and I would recommend living there. I lived there for about 9 months and found the property to be generally well kept, beautiful landscaping, and the office workers friendly. I have few things to complain about during my experience there, some of those being 1) too many geese and goose poop was all over the sidewalks 2) loud and inconsiderate neighbors - an incident about once per month, but any apartment complex will have that 3) the apartment itself was slightly shifted to one side - maybe the foundation was sinking or something - the ceiling and all was slanted. In general, I highly recommend living here. Great location, nice people, nice property.

I agree with you. I like living here. With any apartment complex you are always going to have minor problems. It seems like the people in this website complain about the dumbest stuff. I used to live in the worst apartment complex in Nashville, so Madison is like living in Ritz compare to my old apartment.
