I moved into this place back in November 2005. I reported several problems on my move in report. None were ever fixed. The response was more on the lines of they had no idea what I was talking about. One example, I pointed out that the kitchen drawer was falling in on itself. They couldn't find it. There are only two drawers and one of them is bowed so bad I can't use it. They couldn't find it. I also told them about a suspected water problem in the shower. They told me there was no water problem. Well, it is now 5 months later and after it flooded the persons apartment below me, they are now starting to look at it. They come over and say they know what the problem is and replace one part and wait. They are back the next day to replace another. Then another day and another. This has been going on for weeks now. Another thing I had to get them to fix was the loose step. You could tell where some moron keep nailing it back down to rotted wood. Like it was actually going to stay there.

at least they didn't enter your apartment 1. when they weren't called by us...it was the apartment next door (obviously those numbers are exactly the same!) and 2. when we asked them not to enter. It's nice to know how much the management & maintenance staff respect the tenants. I'm glad they're offering that $300 referral bonus to people that aren't event tenants yet and raising the rent on people who already have a lease with them...such loyalty.

these people do NOT care about their tenants. they are trying to screw us with an astronomical fee b/c unfortunately we had to pay our rent 1 day late. now we owe them today's "current market rate" plus 10%. what they are doing isn't even legal. these snakes are the worst i've ever delt with...they do not care about your concerns. and why won't they fix the computer in the video room. it is a piece of crap and they don't care.
