I have lived in many different apt complexes and never encountered the problems like I have with the Madison. Every week there is a different problem with our townhouse. We get wood roaches, ants, the ceiling caved in on me when I was taking a shower, the fridge leaked all over our kitchen floor, our air conditioning broke during the hottest two days of the summer and to top it off the staff is out to get your money.
No matter what your problem or situation, if you turn your rent in late just 1 day they will charge over 300 dollars for it plus your rent. it is insane and unethical. They won't even sit down and work it out with you.
This place might look pretty on the outside but the apartment needs a complete makeover on the inside. The kitchen is the worst.

Go to the Lexington, much nicer staff and apartments! Much nicer! Right across the street. I lived there too, I should have never moved.

oh and two apartment complexes were broken into, including a car in one week across the street from me....horrible lighting, i wouldn't dare go on the balcony...fungus everywhere! and after i have read many of the other responses..about 99% of it is true..don't be fooled...you're bills will make up or whatever cheap rent they are trying to pull...and NEVER turn in your rent late unless you want to pay their fees...which are ILLEGAL!
