i moved in roughly 2 yrs ago and rec'd a great "incentive" price on a two bedroom. i inquired as to what the annual increases would be and i was told to anticipate $50/yr. this week i received notice that my rent will increase by well over $100. the office staff was trained in deversion tactics. you could never get anyone to return a messsage or respond to an email. in one word-shady-the complex is probably 1/4 empty and they think they can jack the rent up to make more money.
