major electricity

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
We lived here for a while and the electricity bills were outragous. I was told by maintenance staff that it was because there wasn't any insulation in the walls, ceilings, or flooring under the buildings. There were apartments that had bills over $400.00 a month in the winter, I was lucky, mine didn't run over $300.00, and they don't charge fairly for the water either. I have read the other complaints and they can speak for themselves, no need to add more.
