I can't speak for everyone, but here are my experiences: I moved here a year ago and have had nothing but good things to say about the staff and the community. I've called to have my applicance fix and they sent someone the same day. I have no insect or roach problem. My electricity bill during the summer were in the high 20s and in the mid forties in the winter. My water bill are roughly in the mid-20s.
The neighbors keep to themselves. The complex as a whole is attractive. The workout room could be improved/expanded, but i rarely see anyone workout when i am there.
The staff are nice. There are hundreds of units in the complex. I do not expect them to attend to everyone immediately. When i had a complaint, they went out of the way to ensure that my complaint was satisfactory solved.
The complex is located up the road from the I-40. And the area, in general, is very quiet. I would recommend this place.

This response sounds to me to be written by a leasing agent and not an resident. All the residents I have spoken to have all complained about issues. AND, the comment about "up the road fromn the I-40" is a dead giveaway.

I have to say that may short stay here has been pure hell. i have neighbors throwing parties every night, people fighting in the parking lot at 2 in the morning because someone not living here parked in a residents parking spot, people out in the parking lot threatening to cut and shoot somebody at 2:30 in the morning, beating and banging on the walls, ceilings/floors at all hours of the night when people have to get up early to go to work
