I have only lived at these apartments for 4 months and during this time, I have yet to have any item repaired that was listed on my move in sheet. There is not any assigned parking. The security lights for the parking areas do not work. There is not any security officers working at any time to protect the residents. Their are constant college students throwing all night parties. People who are contracted to work for the Apartment Complex enter units without the leassees consent. Their has even been an occasion where people pressure washing the wooden decks and walkways were given keys to all units and even left the keys laying in the parking lots. Management does not care about the elderly or disabled persons living here nor do they care about residents having 10 to 15 people living in a 2 bedroom unit. Not only do these apartments have easily fixable problems, they also have busted foundations in all lower floor units, air coming in around doors, switches and receptacles, windows. The air conditioning units barely have any air flow. Its just a BAD APARTMENT COMPLEX. Anybody that is looking for an apartment should stay away from Madison at Ridgelake. If there was better managment, it may not be a bad place to live, BUT, under current managment, I would strongly urge people to stay away.
