I moved into Madison at Ridgelake in March of 2007 and moved out in April of 2007. The reasons behind my moving so qiuickly was because of poor management and the place being of poor quality and all the noise. The very first problem occured the second night I was here when my neighbors through a all night party with people out in the parking lot drinking beer and shouting. I called the so-called security number about this and not a single reply from security. Then there is a problem about the parking areas being poorly lit and parking spaces not being marked for residents. The building that I lived in had 3 open units when I moved in excluding mine and the parking lot was always overflowing with vehicles. There were days when I would come in from work and not have a parking place any where near my apartment. This was almost a daily thing. Then when I finally whent to the office to complain in person, I was told that there was nothing theu could do about the noise or the parking, that it was first come first serve. I sent managment a letter per Tennessee Statutes about 10 days to comply with a breach of contract and was subsequently served with an eviction notice. I was at these apartments for less than 30 days and because I excersized my legal rights, they wanted to evict me. The eviction was dismissed whenb I filed a lawsuit against Madison at Ridgelake Apartments and Madison Apartment Group. To make matters worse, the last night I was at those apartments, someone used a key and tried to enter my apartment at 10:30 at night. This is not a safe place for anyone and if you are a single female, don't even think about moving here because the mantainance people will try to flirt with you and even make your stay there a living hell.
