I was living there for one year. My apartment got break-in, then I moved out, and got a huge bill for the clean-up. Actually, because the lease consultant had told me the so-called Suredeposit was for the final clean-up when I signed the lease, I ignored their instruction for the final clean, but I did basic cheaning work when moving out. I visited their office after I got the bill, the staff-in-charge was not there, and I was told that I would get a call. I waited for one week and got nothing. Then I called them, that staff was busy and I was told I would be called back, but nothing happened again. Finally that staff was reached one week later when I called again. Then she insisted nothing wrong of them and asked me to pay the bill in full. I was being thretened that the bill would be turned to collection agency if I refused to pay. I was very frustrated and asked for a talk to their manager who turned out to be out of office. I was told I would be called back by the manage in one week, but once again, nothing happened.

These things prove that the community is not safe, the apartment is poorly managed, and their staffs suck. I am happy I made the right decision to move out.

Avoid this apartment!!!

The same thing happened to my boyfriend, refuse to pay it! They have probably been trying to screw people over like this for a long time and i garuntee you most people are too scared to refuse to pay. But they are not allowed to do this. The people in the office are rude and ignorant. I only found one nice person there (Ms.Love) and she was so sweet. But, im going to fight for my boyfriend, too, because i previously lived there and they sued me because they wouldnt take my name off the lease even though it was permisable. (they knew i had money and the other person didnt, so they kept my name on) THIS COMPANY/PEOPLE ARE CHEATS!!!!!!
