My boyfriend and I have lived there for about two years. During our first few months there my boyfriend's truck was broken into. They would have completely stripped it, but the wheels had locks on them. A few days ago, another vehicle that he owns was stolen from right outside our window at 9:00 at night, minutes after we walked into the house. We have old appliances and maintenance does not respond promptly enough to requests. We have been complaining about an outdated dryer that barely works for months and still no improvements.
For the most part the neighbors are okay, but recently some have moved in that scream at you and say sexually degrading things (if you are a woman) when you walk into your apartment. It's definetly not worth the money. There is no security and its very dark at night. I did not feel safe or comfortable walking to the apartment alone at night. Parking is also terrible if you get home after 8 or 9 o'clock. I expected a lot more from this side of town and for the price. If you are considering moving here, I would absolutely keep looking! Needless to say, we are.

Couldn't have put it better myself! Luckily, I haven't experienced a break in, but I know a lot of people there that have, and it's a disgrace. If maintenance would fix the lighting, it wouldn't be so bad. Or here's a thought. If they actually made their courtesy officer get out and do something, people would know to stay away from the complex. It's pathetic. I'm so glad I got out! Good luck on finding your new and safer home!
