I have been calling the complex for months abt my security deposit and all they been doing was taking down my number and they said the lady will get back to me. In , writing, they said I get my full security deposit back. YEAH friggin right. It's been months and I been calling a few days in the week here and there and still nothing. I am so taking them to small claims court if I don't get this SOB back. Never received anything in the mail either. Whoever rents from here, be careful they might screw you over by keeping that sec. deposit in the end if they owe you all or some of it. I liked this place when I lived there, now I think they're fools!

I would suppose you just "forgot" to mention you also work for Ridgelake....most of your your text seems to be straight out of a brochure...on your next "letter" you may consider using the word love less than a dozen times so that it becomes more convincing although less humorous.

No, I don't work for the complex, thank you. If I did, I think I'd be paying much less than what I pay now and I probably wouldn't be "driving to work" if I worked for the complex. I'm just describing the place I live in...I know it well...so what if it sounds like it comes from a brochure. I'm not an idiot- I just know where I live. You have a problem. If you're unhappy with the place then move on...BUT....before you do so...rake up yo' dog turd.
