Been quiet long enough

Ok...I've kept my mouth shut long enough due to fear of retaliation. But after a $53 water bill''' I have been here for 2 years. I was hired in Nashville in 2006 as a police officer. I had to find a place quick and did not want to move to the "hood". Budget adjustments were made but each lease you sign the rent goes up. At first I had a semi decent experience. Then....The circus above me went all night and day. Finally she moved out. I am from the country and I have seen a lot of bugs but I have met new creatures that shared my apartment with me. They will come and spray but if your neighbors move they will be back. As for safety...I hear about a lot of things that other renters won't hear about because thay don t have access to a police radio. Some nasty stuff has occurred here. But it is covered up. I would not raise my children here. There are a couple of guards here but I have been asked on several occasions to handle a problem. But rest assure that if your tag expires on your vehicle, the groundskeeper will gladly pretend to be the police and stick a green sticker on your vehicle. Everything is outdated in the apartment. The maintenance guys have their hands full and do the best they can if they get the work order. It all depends on who you get at the office. The parking is horrible. Just remember as long as you pump money into something it will love you forever...but announce you aren t resigning a lease and see what happens. Obviously this is a business, kind of like a car dealership. Things are covered up and corners are cut. This is simple....If you are at a disaster area and you see the cops running away, it has to be horrific. Take this advice however you want. I'm out of this place and my deepest sympathy for anyone who is still here. This is the armpit of Bellevue. Have a nice day.

Thank you so much for posting that....I am not alone in this matter. More people need to post about this place. It is ridiculous.
